I took this picture at a recent sporting event and it got me thinking. How does one go about requesting a cut like this? Is there a name? Do you walk into the salon and say, “Hey Freddy, I think this time I’m going to go with the sideless-half-bald-pseudo-ponyboycurtis-tail mullet today”? Is that even possible to come up with a name that adequately describes the do? I think it’s a question that needs to be answered. Another possibility is that maybe you have to be born with it, meaning your hair just grows like that naturally due to some glitch in your DNA. It takes a special kind of dude to rock something like that in view of the general public (which is a definite 2 or 3 points in favor the DNA argument). It’s a mystery of science and I think it would possibly make for a good series on the National Geographic Channel one day. Then again, I just don’t know if the world would be ready for something that groundbreaking yet.

And I have proof. Just the Daily Universe, the most read paper on campus. I figure there’s no better way to introduce myself to the internet.And yes, I am yawning.
