Born to Eat

We fed Walker some rice cereal for the first time the other day. Instead of being introduced to something brand new, we are pretty sure he was just getting reacquainted with a long lost friend. He loves to eat. And we love that he loves it.

Griffin, feeling the heat from his little brother in the weight category, decided the best way to pad his lead was to take down large quantities of watermelon. Water is like 75% of your body weight right?

The high today is 96… I felt like I could be outside all day!

So we ran to the dollar store to grab some bubbles. Of course we had to get a coloring book, a couple reading books and a balloon.

Since I was being such a fun mom today, I thought I would stick with it and make lunch fun too.

Needless to say, we had a good day!

Walker too.

It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year…

I know, most of you are thinking… NO, she didn’t start Christmas music did she?! Well, the answer is YES! But that isn’t why it is the most wonderful time of the year… this time. This time, it is because College football has begun. BYU rummaged up a win against Ole Miss and we watched every second.

Our boys were dressed in Blue at 7:00 am and singing “ra ra rarara, ra ra rarara…. goooooo cougars!”

You’ll notice that my son most photographed today is the one that is immobile.

Griff didn’t stop long enough to take one picture… this is the best I could get. He felt he was part of the team and needed to run for three hours.

(Actually… he does that everyday)

Tom and Melissa have taken us under their wings while my parents have been serving their mission. I don’t think my boys could be more loved. Thank you Farnsworth family for making us feel like one of your own!
